Our work is oriented toward integration and growth, helping you reshape old patterns and create a life narrative that aligns more fully with your values, intentions, and desired way of being.

I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to support your healing and self-discovery, including EMDR for trauma processing, somatic psychology to build self-regulation and embodiment, mindfulness-based practices to foster awareness and presence, intention-setting to support meaningful change, and Jungian-informed active imagination to access deeper insight, creativity, and inner guidance.
